The Official Liquidator has filed a Report dated 19.01.2012 for directions to the Secured Creditors to deposit an amount of Rs.1 lac (each) in the Office of the Official Liquidator or deploy their security arrangement in the Company's Premises with effect from 12.12.2011.
On perusal of the Report, especially Paragraph-5 thereof, it is not clear for what specific purposes the funds, as prayed for, are required to be collected. It is also not clear what funds are available with the Official Liquidator and to what extent those funds are insufficient, as stated in the said Paragraph-5. The Official Liquidator may clarify the same by filing another clear, specific and detailed report.
