(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr.Asthavadi, appearing for the applicant fairly conceded that condonation of delay of 484 days is sought in the Letters Patent Appeal which would ex facie not be maintainable in view of recent decision of Division Bench of this Court [Coram: S.J.Mukhopadhaya, CJ (as His Lordship then was) and J.B.Pardiwala, J.] in Gustadji Dhanjisha Buhariwala and Anr. v. Nevil Bhamansha Buhariwala and Others [2011 (2) GLH 147].

Therefore, the application is not required to be entertained and accordingly it is disposed.
