1. The applicant has taken out present report dated 15.2.2012 seeking below mentioned direction and relief:-
"9(A) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the official liquidator to avail services of a chartered accountant namely M/s. J.M. Parikh and Associates from the panel maintained by the official liquidator for verification of claims of the creditors of the company (in liquidation) received by the official liquidator pursuant to the advertisement dated 23.12.2011, so that the claims against the company may be finalized and decided and the inter-se respective priorities and ratio of distribution may also be decided.
(B)...."
2. Mr. Yadav, learned advocate for OL has submitted that present report has been taken out in light of the direction contained in order dated 8.2.2012 in Company Application No.555 of 2011. Under the said order the OL is also directed to file report. The relevant observations - directions read thus:-
"9.
At this stage Mr. Yadav, learned advocate for OL has submitted that in pursuance of the previous order OL has already invited claims from the creditors and workers and the last date for receiving claim was 31.1.2012.
10. In view of the aforesaid clarification and considering the fact that any report on the basis of the claim received by OL is still not filed, OL is directed to file the report on or before 21.2.2012 giving details about the claims received."
3. Having regard to the submission made in the report and the said directions in the order dated 8.2.2011 and submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant the relief prayed for in paragraph No.9(A) is granted.
4. Accordingly the OLR stands disposed of.
