1. This Court (Coram:K.M. Thaker, J.) vide order dated 02.03.2012, has passed detailed order. In paragraph No.19 of the said order, it is observed as under:-
"19. Thus, before passing further orders, it is considered appropriate to allow 10 days' time to the Official Liquidator to make inquiry with the Collector about the difficulty in receiving the offers in respect of Lot no.I i.e. land in question. The Official Liquidator shall, by making reference of present order request the Collector to examine the issue and offer his views and suggestions on the point as to why proper offer is not being received by the Official Liquidator in respect of land in question and whether any measures are required to be taken so as to remove the difficulty in the way of receiving sufficient offers at par with the upset price fixed by the Court. The said details shall be placed on record by separate Official Liquidator's report."
2. Upon inquiry, Mr.Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submitted that the District Collector, Junagadh has been informed about the order and direction issued by this Court. It appears that no response is received as, in every possibility, details, which are otherwise required to be given, may not have reached the office of the District Collector, Junagadh.
3. The Official Liquidator is directed to handover the full set of paper-book of the present Official Liquidator Report No.31 of 2012 along with copy of order dated 02.03.2012 to the office of the learned Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court. Ms.Maithili Mehta, learned A.G.P., who is present in the Court, is requested to accept the same and call for the details and the report as per order dated 02.03.2012.
4. At the request of learned counsel Mr.Panesar, the Registry is directed to delete name of Mr.Panesar appearing for respondent No.3 in this Official Liquidator Report.
