The Official Liquidator is present and the report is submitted in compliance with the order dated 31st January, 2011 passed in OLR No.134 of 2010 directing the O.L. to invite offers by publishing an advertisement in two daily newspapers one in English and another in vernacular (Gujarati) both in Ahmedabad edition so as to hire premises on rent/lease or by any other mode and accordingly the report is submitted and list of offerers is annexed at Annexure 'C' to the petition received to the advertisement dated 8.2.2011 published in both the newspapers.
Considering the averments made in O.L.R. paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 and submissions made by the O.L., I am inclined to permit the O.L. to invite the parties whose offers are found suitable and as per the advertisement.
With regard to payment of the bill of the advertisement is concerned, the same is approved and payment be made accordingly.
