Mr.
A.G.Shaikh, Company Secretary, the respondent herein, is present in the Court.
With reference to the grievance made by the OL in present report and the relief/direction for which request has been made in para-7(a) and 7(b), said Mr. Shaikh has orally submitted that necessary and appropriate reply has been given by him to the office of OL.
Since the submissions made by the respondent are being made orally, he has been asked to file an affidavit and state the factual aspects on affidavit, which can be retained on record of present report.
For the said purpose, Mr. Shaikh, respondent herein, is granted time until 10.2.2012.
