JUDGMENT / ORDER

Report No. 260 of 2010 filed today annexing the copy of the letter written by the District Magistrate,Bahraich wherein he has stated that necessary steps have been taken for the payment of compensation against the acquisition of land for the purposes of construction of road. From the order dated 19.5.2010 it also transpires that this Court has directed the Official Liquidator to cross-check the valuation. Seven months have been passed but nothing has been informed about the action taken by the Official Liquidator in this regard.
List after two months. Meanwhile, the Official Liquidator may file the report about the compensation and also about the valuation of the property.
