Official Liquidator Of Omex ... vs State Bank Of India &

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Official Liquidator is permitted to deposit the amounts received by the Office of the Official Liquidator toward EMD from bidders including the bidders who submitted the bids, subsequently i.e. after the last date for receipt of offers. The amount of EMD may be deposited in nationalized bank (Except M/s.Nandi Infra (Pvt) Ltd. who wants to withdraw the application). Official Liquidator may return the amount to said bidder.
