O R D E R This application is filed by the respondents seeking condonation of delay in filing the Statement of affairs. The reasons assigned is that the Statement of affairs could not be filed immediately as the premises had been attached and the details relating to the same is indicated in the application seeking condonation of delay.
2. Though the delay is inordinate, in order to regularize the proceedings and to enable the liquidation proceedings to be completed in accordance with law, in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned.
