This Company Application is filed by the applicant to call for the records pertaining to the Company in liquidation and take necessary and appropriate action against the respondent for the acts of illegal misconduct.
Today, this Court has passed a detailed order in Company Application Nos.576 of 2005 and 630 of 2014.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the parties agreed that in view of the said order, no further adjudication of this application, on merits, is needed.
Accordingly, this Company Application is disposed of as infructuous.
