Ray, learned counsel states that earlier he was appearing for respondent no.18, Patel Govindbhai Shankardas, but he has expired on 14.02.2011 and his son Dharmeshbhai Govindbhai is the legal heir and the learned counsel tenders the death certificate as well as the affidavit of Patel Govindbhai Shankardas. As per the office noting also, respondent no.18 is reported as expired. Hence, the appellant is directed to join Dharmeshbhai Govindbhai Patel being legal representative of Patel Govindbhai Shankardas as original respondent no.18 and Mr. Ray states that he will appear for respondent no.18 also.
Amendment to be carried out accordingly.
