HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NOUSHAD ALI CONTEMPT CASE No.2110 OF 2013 This Contempt Case has been filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 02.08.2013 in W.P.M.P. No.24835 of 2013 in W.P. No.20242 of 2013 wherein a direction was issued to release provisional pension to the petitioner.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education has placed a copy of the order issued by the State Government in G.O.Rt.No.985 Higher Education (VC.1) Department, dated 18.12.2013 according sanction for payment of provisional pension as per the aforesaid directions.
3. Since the provisional pension has been sanctioned, I am not inclined to take further action in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
