It is represented by the learned Government Advocate [Forests] that the order which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondent / contemnor by passing an order in G.O.(3D) No.44 by Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 29.08.2016. He has also produced a copy of the said order. The same is taken on file and recorded.
