JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that respondents Nos.2 and 3 have not been served. As regards respondent No.2, it is stated that the said respondent has shifted to another place since long and the details of his address are not known. Respondent No.3 could not be served for want of extension of time.
The learned advocate for the Official Liquidator may supply the correct and current address of respondent No.2 in the Registry on, or before, 01.08.2012.
Thereafter, fresh Notice be issued to respondent No.3, making it returnable on 01.08.2012.
