By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has,inter alia, sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari by calling for the record of civil suit no. 60 of 2013(Pramod Kumar Gupta Vs. O.P.Gupta and others pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Chandausi, Moradabad) and the entire proceedings thereof."
We have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
