JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has been reinstated as per Ext. P11 order dated 13.2.2013. The writ petition was filed challenging Exts. P7 and P10, by which he was asked to compulsorily retire from service. This was cancelled by Ext. P11. Pursuant to Ext. P11, the petitioner submitted Ext. P12 to regularize his service during the intervening period and to grant him consequential benefits. The only request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext. P12. In Ext. P12, the petitioner had also sought for a transfer. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation and having heard the learned counsel for the respondents, I am of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous. However, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext. P12 and pass appropriate orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall also be afforded an opportunity of being heard. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
