Heard Sri Gopal Ji Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4.
Notice need not be issued to respondent no.5.
Petitioner was appointed as a clerk on superannuation of one Assistant Clerk on 30.5.2018 and the papers regarding approval has been sent to the office of District Inspector of Schools on 18.3.2019, which is pending consideration since then.
In view of the above, respondent no.3 is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner as far as approval of appointment is concerned in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
