Heard Sri Prem Narain Singh learned counsel hodling brief of Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of Criminal Case No.3097 of 2013 (State Vs. Gulam Mohammad and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 175 of 2013 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhadohi, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi) pending before learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. (Crime against Women) District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi).
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a complainant of the aforesaid case which is pending since 2013 and due to lingering tactics adopted by the accused persons, case could not be proceeded.
In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on merits of the case, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. (Crime against Women), District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to conclude the proceedings and to decide the Criminal Case No.3097 of 2013 (State Vs. Gulam Mohammad and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 175 of 2013 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhadohi, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a copy of the order before it, unless there is no legal impediment.
