1. Heard Sri Krishna Nand Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Chief Standing Counsel for State and perused the material available on record.
2. Petitioner is challenging order dated 16.01.2019 passed by Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Maharajganj whereby his representation dated 18.07.2018 has been rejected.
3. When questioned, learned counsel for petitioner stated that disputed order of recovery has already been withdrawn by Authorities concerned.
4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
