Heard Sri Adeel Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of Case No. 67 of 2019 (Computer Case No. T201905470108077) (State Vs. Nurul Ain and others) under Section 145 Cr.P.C. pending before Sub-Divisional-Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj as expeditiously as possible.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has been initiated in the year 2019 and till date the same could not be decided due to lingering tactics adopted by the other side.
Without commenting on merits of the case, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party no.2-Sub-Divisional-Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide and conclude the proceedings of Case No. 67 of 2019 (Computer Case No. T201905470108077) (State Vs. Nurul Ain and others) under Section 145 Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it, unless there is no legal impediment.
