JUDGMENT / ORDER

A request is made for early hearing in Special Civil Application No. 1488 of 2010, which is in respect of challenge to the order passed below Exhibit 586 by this Court in Civil Suit No. 40 of 1967 where the report of the Commissioner is sought to be challenged, considering the fact that the suit is of 1967, this application is allowed. The matter is fixed for hearing tomorrow ie on 28th February 2012.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
