The Registry has put-up a submission dated 27.04.2012, stating that in spite of the order of the Court dated 09.04.2012, the correct addresses of respondents Nos.8, 9 and 12 have not been supplied by the learned advocate for the petitioner, till date.
Ms.Avani Thakar, learned advocate for H.L.Patel Advocates on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the correct addresses of the said respondents shall be supplied on, or before, 10.05.2012.
In the event that the correct addresses of respondents Nos.8, 9 and 12 are supplied to the Registry on, or before, 10.05.2012, fresh Notices be issued to the said respondents, making them returnable on 09.07.2012.
