The endorsement on the Board indicates that notice issued to respondents Nos.8, 9 and 12 have not been served due to wrong addresses. Ms.Avani Thaker, learned advocate for M/s.H.L.Patel Advocates for the petitioner, submits that the correct addresses of the unserved respondents shall be supplied to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.
In the event that the correct addresses of the unserved respondents are supplied to the Registry within the stipulated period of time, the Registry shall issue fresh notices to respondents Nos.8, 9 and 12, making them returnable on 06.03.2012.
