JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass him.
Sri S.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Sri Anuj Tripathi, Sub Inspector, P.S. Nanpara, District Bahraich, informed the Court that no F.I.R. is lodged against the petitioner at his Police Station nor he is being harassed.
This Court expects that the Police Personnel shall honour the statement made through the A.G.A. With these observations this writ petition is disposed off.
