ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 16.08.2013, in W.P.No.23959 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AA), on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court in the above-mentioned order, enquiry has been held and proceedings were issued on 27.12.2013 holding that the petitioners are entitled for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and that the same will be issued within a week.
The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
