Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
This application is filed by the applicants for quashing the entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case No.1572 of 2018 as well as Charge Sheet no.01 of 2018 dated 06.04.2018 and cognizance order dated 10.05.2018 passed by A.C.J.M. Raipur, arising out of Case Crime No. 07 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act & 67 I.T. Act, P.S.-Mahila Thana, District Bhadohi pending in the court of C.J.M. Bhadohi.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that grievance of applicants would be sufficiently met in case bail application of applicants is considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view thereof, it is provided that if the applicants surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and applies for bail, the Court below will consider the same, in accordance with law in view of the observations made in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in [2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC)].
For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
With the aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
