Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer for quashing First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 3 of 2010 under Section 307 IPC of Police Station Malhipur district Shravasti We have gone through the contents of the First Information Report. Since the allegations made in the First Information Report disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is directed that if the petitioners surrender before the court below and move application for bail, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the Courts below.
