ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 4-3-2013 in W.P.No.5848 of 2013.
At the hearing, the contemnors are personally present. They have also filed a counter-affidavit wherein they have inter alia stated that the two appeals which were directed by this Court to be withdrawn were withdrawn by the respondents under order dated 8-
10-2014.
In view of the solemn statement made by Mr. B. Narasimhulu, Special Deputy Collector (LA), Veligallu Project, Rayachoty and Full Additional Charge of the post of the Special Deputy Collector (LA), Somasila Project, Unit-IV, Rajampet, Y.S.R. District, the Contempt Case is closed. The contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
