JUDGMENT / ORDER

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner-wife seeking permission to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.672 of 2015 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file the Family Court, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is stated that the petitioner-wife is residing in Chennai and M.C.No.426 of 2009 filed by the petitioner-wife is also pending before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai. Hence, she seeks for transfer.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband has expressed no objection for transferring the petition.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the respondent has got no objection in transferring the petition to the Family Court, Chennai, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.672 of 2015, pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Coimbatore shall stand withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.426 of 2009. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
