JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to call for the records relating to the proceedings in S.T.C.No.2939 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the above mentioned S.T.C.No.2939 of 2010 is posted before the trial Court on 22.02.2017 for arguments of both sides after examination of all witnesses.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infrucruous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
