JUDGMENT / ORDER

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The learned Counsel for the first respondent submitted that nothing survives for adjudication, in view of the disposal of the First Appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2006.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order in I.A.No.3 of 2008. It was filed in the pending appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2006. Since the appeal itself has been disposed of by the First Appellate Court, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the present Civil Revision Petition.
4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
