JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the court bundle.
Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to move the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to split up the case in CC.No.584/2017 to conduct and proceed the trial as against A1 and A2.
