JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt Petition has been filed to commit and punish the contemnors for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1749 of 2016 dated 28.01.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Leave salary, Gratuity and entire service benefits of the petitioner were paid except interest on terminal benefits.
3. The learned counsel for the contemnors undertakes to pay the interest on terminal benefits amount to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in case of non- compliance.
