JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to provide sufficient opportunities to the petitioner to prove his case at the time of enquiry in T.R.No.8/2016.
2. Heard Mr.S.Sukumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition is filed only on the apprehension that the first respondent would pass final order without providing opportunity to the petitioner and only pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 20.07.2017, the first respondent has conducted the enquiry.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent/the Tahsildar has commenced enquiry in T.R.No.8/2016 on 27.07.2017 and the first respondent would pass final order only after providing opportunity to the petitioner / tenant and the landlord.
5. In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
