JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.C.Gangaiamaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order 02.09.2015 in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.15873 of 2015 has been complied by issuing proceedings dated 09.11.2017.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
