JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the case was called on 22.08.2017, no one was appearing for the petitioner, however, the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant alone appeared. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 05.09.2017. On 05.09.2017 also, when the matter was called, no one was appearing for the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to be posted on 12.09.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Accordingly, the matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, no one is appearing for the petitioner. Hence, it shows that the petitioner is not willing to prosecute the case.
