JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for their disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.809 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016.
2. Heard Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the contemnors and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that entire terminal benefits of the petitioner has been paid through ECS and he has also produced the calculation sheet.
4. In the light of the above fact, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
