JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to forward all the documents pertaining to the enquiry proceedings to the first respondent and further directing the first respondent to pass final orders against the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following order:-
?The first respondent, namely, The Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Trichy, is directed to pass final orders, after issuing second show cause notice and getting further explanation from the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.?
5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
