1. This matter was heard finally on yesterday i.e. 27.12.2012 for approximately one hour and thereafter, today for the whole day i.e. upto 4:00 pm.
2. Arguments of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner are almost concluded and learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent (High Court) has to make submissions. Due to paucity of time, the hearing could not be completed.
3. Hence, S.O. to 10.01.2013. In the facts and circumstances of the case narrated hereinabove and with the consent of the learned advocates for the respective parties and as this Court has invested sufficient time, to be treated as part-heard. However, Registry to obtain appropriate orders from the Hon ble the Chief Justice.
