Petitioner, the manager of A.M.S. Mannadiar Memorial T.T.I. For Women, has submitted Ext.P4 application pursuant to Ext.P1 notification and Exts.P2 and P3 circulars before the 3rd respondent in connection with starting of fresh batches of Higher Secondary courses. The apprehension of the petitioner is that Ext.P4 application is pending consideration by the 3rd respondent and a decision has not been taken till date. Under these circumstances, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioner while taking a decision on the allotment of fresh batches to Higher Secondary courses.
