JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayed in this original petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for a direction to the Sub Court, Mavelikkara to take up Exts.P4, P5 and P6, which are stated to have been filed by the petitioner and dispose of them as expeditiously as possible as fixed by this Court. 2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is very urgent as it is a matter related to a Trust.
3. It is seen from the records that Exts.P4 and P5 have been filed as early as on November, 2013 whereas, Ext.P6 has been filed on 2.12.2014. Whatever that be, there is no justification for not disposing of those petitions especially when it is specifically made mention their urgencies.
In the result, this OP(C) is disposed of directing the court below to take up Exts.P4, P5 and P6 and dispose of them as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Sd/- P.BHAVADASAN, JUDGE.
