JUDGMENT / ORDER

Prayer in W.P(MD)No.22093 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the order bearing No.PAN.ABMPR4139C/2013-14, dated 13.10.2016 in pursuant to petition dated 11.4.2016 and to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondent to consider the petition filed under Section 220(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 11.4.2016 in conformity with the instructions of the Central Board of Direct Taxes by providing an opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner.
Prayer in W.P(MD)No.22095 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the order bearing No.PAN.ADWPK2255J, dated 01.11.2016 in pursuant to petition dated 12.09.2016 and to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondent to consider the petition dated 12.09.2016 filed under Section 220(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 11.4.2016 in conformity with the instructions of the Central Board of Direct Taxes by providing an opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions and has also made endorsements to that effect.
2.In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
