When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned standing counsel submitted that the cheque covering the entire amount payable to the petitioner is ready for handing over to the petitioner for encashment. Thereupon, the cheque bearing No.690810152 for an amount of Rs.4,00,282/- has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in the Contempt Petition in Court. In the said circumstances, recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. Sd/-
