1. Petitioners, the members of the third respondent society, filed the writ petition challenging the selection, which was conducted as per an advertisement in the Mathrubhumi daily dated 3.5.2006.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent society submits that selection was conducted and rank list published as also respective candidates appointed to the post.
3. None of the said parties are impleaded in the above writ petition. It is also pertinent that there is no interim order interdicting the selection which was made by the third respondent. In such circumstance, nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ petition is, hence, dismissed. No costs.
