JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted a sale deed dated 10.10.2017 before the second respondent to register the same. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to produce the available parent documents for scrutiny and also by complying with all other requirements.
5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matters, directs the petitioner to produce the available parent documents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production the second respondent is directed to consider the same, if the petitioner complies all other requirements, register the sale deed of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
