The main dispute in this writ petition is regarding the transfer of registry in respect of 59 cents of property in re-survey No.894/3/7 of Vamanapuram village. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the issue has already been settled. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are not getting any instructions from the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent that the matter has already been settled and there had been civil suit in respect the very same issue, the writ petition is closed.
