JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had written the examinations of Group-IV, in the 12th standard, from the 4th respondent school, as she was permitted to write the examinations by an order of this Court, dated 6.1.2004, made in W.P.M.P.No.197 of 2004, which reads as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the fourth respondent as prayed for to permit the petitioner to continue her studies in the twelfth standard in the fourth respondent school in Group IV and to write the ensuing public examination including the practical examination for the year 2003-2004 on condition that the results relating to the examination shall be withheld pending further orders in the writ petition. Post the writ petition for final disposal before the concerned Judge before end of March, 2004."
3. Subsequently, the results of the examinations written by the petitioner had also been published, pursuant to an order of this Court, dated 13.4.2004, made in W.P.M.P.No.11900 of 2004, which reads as follows: "Subject to the result of the writ petition, respondents are directed to declare the results of the petitioner. It is made clear that this cannot be cited as a precedent."
4. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is pursuing her further studies in Bachelor of Business Management in Vellalar College for Women, Erode. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
