JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in seeking to interfere with the alleged activities of manufacture and sale of bio-products by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.
In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent, it is categorically stated that the personal inspection of the Mandal Agricultural Officer, Hyderabad Urban, revealed that there is no manufacturing unit found in the address given by the petitioner and that so far the petitioner has not started any activity connected with the manufacturing and marketing of bio-products.
In the light of the stand taken in the counter-affidavit, Mr. V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail a fresh remedy by producing material evidence showing existence of manufacturing unit.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.26885 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
