JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY
WRIT PETITION No.37237 of 2014
Dated:04.12.2014
Between: Noushad Bee, W/o K.S.A.Samad Basha ….Petitioner And:
The State of A.P., reptd by its Principal Secretary, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Hyderabad and three others.
… Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Sri K.Srinivas Counsel for the Respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Roc/A3/4351/2014, dated 01.10.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has discontinued the petitioner as temporary fair price shop dealer and directed the fair price shop being run by her to be attached to respondent No.4.
A perusal of the impugned proceeding shows that the main ground on which the petitioner is removed from the temporary fair price shop dealership is that no formal order was issued to her to function as a temporary dealer.
When temporary fair price shop dealers were removed on an identical ground, this Court has allowed Writ Petition Nos.23925, 23929 and 23932 of 2014 filed by them on 27.11.2014 with appropriate directions. As the ground on which the petitioner is removed is identical to the orders impugned in the above- mentioned Writ Petitions, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order, dated 27.11.2014, passed in the above-mentioned Writ Petitions, with the direction that the reasons and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46613 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
