Petitioner wants to get his passport released. The passport has been surrendered as per condition No.(a) in order dated 6th September, 20 1 in B.A.No.7178 of 20 1. The offences involved are under Section 366A, 354, 372, 373, 376 (2)(g), 506(i), 342 and 202 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice(Care and Protection of Children) Act.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. This is a case wherein there are serious allegations against the petitioner. Considering the seriousness of the matter, it is not at all safe to release the passport to the petitioner.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. fails and the same stands dismissed.
